They live 92 children with HIV Bunda


Indicated that in Bunda District, Mara region, there are children who reached 92 living with HIV infection.
 
The statement was released yesterday by the Community Development Officer in Bunda District, Caroline Wanzagi.
 
Wanzagi said that these children continue to get medical care and various grants from corporations, institutions and governments.
 
He said that these children have received the infection due to various reasons, including acquiring from their mothers with HIV, sexual abuse, including the rape and risky jobs.
 
He said that in order to reduce the number of HIV transmission from mothers to children with infections or infections that can occur in children from abuse, rape and employment risk, it is important to educate the community about the challenge it, to prevent infection.
 
He added that as well to meet the challenges that are important to all parents pregnancy that is mother and father attend klini services, to help a child who is born without a womb HIV infection.
 
He said that the situation will help reduce the number of babies born to HIV infection, since both parents are responsible for their health and the health of the child, including the child gained access to option B for the mother within 72 hours before labor.
