Presidency 2015: Mkapa Puts the Spotlight 'WARNING' For Presidential Candidates


President of the government of the third phase, Benjamin Mkapa, has given to politicians who will vie for leadership in the next general elections in the country, be careful with the pronunciation seeking space provided when they want to continue to maintain peace and stability in the country.
